Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For digital products licenses must be unused and not activated prior to the return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

All refunds will be issued immediately but may take a few working days to appear on your card statement.  

If you have placed an order but not collected the key, we can refund and let you cancel the order, but we will keep a $1 administration fee due to the fees we must pay in order to refund you.  If your payment has only been authorised (not charged) then there is no refund fee, and we simply void your authorisation.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via live chat.


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

WARRANTY POLICY

If, in the unlikely event you receive a key that does not activate your game, or you experience any problem with activation, we guarantee the product by ensuring you either receive a working code, or a full refund.  Simply make a ticket at our support centre, or press the ‘PROBLEM WITH YOUR KEY?’ button on Autokey, and we will investigate the key for you.  

We may ask for screenshots of the error to assist us in investigating your case.  Once we have received your ticket, we will reply promptly offering a solution, or if we cannot solve your issue due to the key being faulty, we will refund you.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping on CD Keys is totally free, as our items are digital and we deliver them instantly after payment via our Autokey System.

Immediately after payment, the activation key for whatever product you purchased will be displayed to you.  Therefore there is no physical shipping and delivery is instant.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

We do not collect personal information about you when you visit this web site, unless you choose to provide this information to us.

E-mail Privacy Notice
If you choose to provide us with personal information, by e-mail or by filling out a form  you will reveal your e-mail address and any other information you include.  We will use this information to help us fulfil your order or respond to your enquiry.  We do not share your e-mail with any other outside organisations or individual.  We do not collect personal information for any purpose other than to respond to you. Any e-mail or form submitted, once dealt with, is destroyed and not kept on file. Any personal data or images sent to us for the anti-fraud verification is immediately destroyed upon verification.  We are against spam and we will only ever email you when necessary regarding an order or if you specifically sign up to our monthly newsletter.

Our website has links to other websites.  When viewing another website you are subject to the privacy policy of the new site.  We will not be held responsible for the content of any other website nor do we endorse sites that we link to.

Information Collected and Stored Automatically
We do not  gather or store any information about your visit automatically.  If you do nothing during your visit but browse through the website, read pages, or download information, no personal information is collected.

Information requested for anti-fraud purposes
Sometimes, we may require that you send us proof of your name and address before the goods will be dispatched.  This is a simple anti-fraud measure to prevent people from paying with stolen paypal accounts or fraudulent credit cards.  When you send your anti-fraud document, you are more than welcome to blank out any personal information from the document, as we only need to see your matching name and address to check that the order is genuine.  We destroy any and all of the documents that you send us after verification has been passed.

We do not disclose, give, sell or transfer any personal information about our visitors, unless required by law.
